Hydrophilic Polyurethane Grout

Hydrophilic polyurethane grout is a ready-to-use hydrophilic polyurethane designed to repair

cracks and leaks in wastewater structures. The grout reacts with water to create a shaving creme like foam. Within 30 seconds of contact with the ground water, this chemical grout system begins to foam. The high viscosity assures that the grout will not readily flow out from the point of placement. The foam solidifies in minutes, stopping the leak and filling the void. The material will expand up to

several times the original volume of grout and water. Material is available in tubes and is applied with a standard caulking.
