Polyethylene Closed-cell Foam Plate With High Recovery Rate
Polyethylene closed-cell foam plate has high recovery rate and low density. And it has independent bubble structure. Furthermore, its surface water absorption rate is very low. Therefore, its impermeable performance is excellent. What's more, it is resistant to chemicals, such as acid, alkali, salt and oil. Besides, it has outstanding durability. Polyethylene closed-cell foam plate has very wide application area because of its advantages above. And polyethylene closed-cell foam plate can be divided into two kinds: L-600 and L-1100. And the L-1100 type is frequently used.
Low density, high recovery rate and independent bubble structure.
Low water absorption rate and excellent impermeable performance.
Resistant to corrosion and good durability.
No flowing in high temperature and no embrittling in low temperature.
The original size is (1600 - 1950) × (800 - 950) × 50 mm.
The product can be processed into board, strip and slice of various thickness ranging from 5 mm to 50 mm according to customers' requirement, and the error is from ± 0.2 to ±1.
Polyethylene closed-cell foam plate is mainly used as joint plates of such positions as below:
The expansion joints of soil roads.
Hydraulic engineering dam, guard dam, revetment and balk wall.
Thermal power, hydroelectric projects.
Settlement joints in buildings.
Domestic water and sewage treatment sinks.
