PU Or Epoxy Injection

Polyurethane (PU) and epoxy injection are the two injection methods used for concrete crack repair in elements including insitu walls and footings, precast items, beams and columns, retaining walls and slabs. Liquid epoxy or polyurethane sealant can be injected into cracks through injection points and allowed to cure before the injection points are removed and the surface repaired where necessary.

Polyurethane foam injection is used as a sealant to prevent water leaking through cracks and offers wet side protection ensuring that reinforcing remains dry. Concrete epoxy injection is used for structural crack repair as it has comprehensive strength which exceeds most concretes.

Both these concrete crack injection systems work in the smallest cracks and offer excellent monitoring possibilities to provide quality assurance to the client.
